Purpose of the site
This site presents KinetiaDesign's web design and development services, shows its portfolio and case studies, and lets visitors request information or a quote through the contact form or WhatsApp.
Services and engagement
Package and pricing information published on the site is for reference only and may vary with the complexity of each project. A formal contractual relationship with a client is established only through a Commercial Quote signed or accepted in writing and, where applicable, the corresponding Services Agreement — documents that prevail over any general information published on the site.
Acceptable use
- The site must not be used for unlawful purposes, or to attempt to breach its security or that of its forms.
- Messages sent through WhatsApp or the contact form must be genuine requests for information or a quote.
Intellectual property
The content of the site (text, images, portfolio pieces, animations, site code) belongs to KinetiaDesign, or to its clients in the case of delivered work, and may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written authorization, other than a visitor's normal browsing.

This site may link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other third-party platforms. KinetiaDesign does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or availability of those third-party sites.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Tocancipá, Cundinamarca.
